What insights include
Weekly insights look for meaningful changes in your spending and try to explain what changed in plain language. Finance AI prefers concrete transaction-level drivers over generic category summaries when the data supports it.
When an insight is available, the Spending graph can show a short preview. Tap View full there to switch to the Profile tab and open the complete insight in Settings > Notifications, or tap X to hide that preview for the current insight period.
Pages opened in Profile from another tab are pushed on top of the main Settings page, so Back returns to that main page. Tapping the Profile tab directly also returns it to the main Settings page instead of reopening a previous detail screen.
Spending-goal check-ins
Spending-goal check-ins arrive on Thursday, between the Monday weekly insights. They compare spending so far with your personalized monthly pace and show the projected month-end total when enough history is available.
A check-in is not generated until you have a saved spending goal and at least one completed month from which Finance AI can learn your pace. Tapping it opens the Spending Goal graph.
Why an insight might not arrive
You may not receive an insight or goal check-in if that notification type is disabled, there is not enough transaction history, you have not saved a spending goal, or your accounts have not synced recently.
Email updates
Weekly insight emails and setup reminder emails are optional. Turning Email updates off stops those non-essential emails, but Finance AI still sends sign-in codes, welcome emails, support replies, billing notices, and other required account emails.
Unsubscribe links in Finance AI emails turn off Email updates immediately. If an email address bounces, is reported as spam, or is suppressed by the email provider, Finance AI also pauses non-essential emails to protect deliverability.
